a fisherman's dream

  1. Visit Glacier's website to learn the rules

    • Learn which waters are closed and which are open

    • Know the season and possession limits

    • Review what types of equipment and bait are permitted

  2. Spend your day on the water

    • Glacier National Park is full of lakes, rivers, and creeks; the fishing is great and the views are unrivaled any where you go.

    • Looking for a fishing guide? Check out the Glacier Raft Company.

  3. Grill up the day's catch

    • Your cabin has a propane grill on the deck. Cook up the fish you caught.

    • Enjoy a true Montana dinner outside with an unrivaled view of the mountains.

REFlect, relax, enjoy

  1. Start your day by sleeping in

    • Our cabins and our beds are so comfortable for a reason.

    • After so many outdoor activities, you deserve a little extra rest.

  2. Revisit your favorite parts of Glacier

    • Whether you love Lake McDonald or the Going-to-the-Sun Road, now's your chance to experience it again.

    • Repeat visits are so rewarding; you're sure to discover new spots and new views.

  3. Walk the property around your cabin

    • Your cabin is situated on over 20 acres of land. Have you spent an hour on the bank of Hay Creek, soaking your feet in the water? Have you walked the trail through the forested part of the property? If not, now's the time!

  4. Eat, drink, and be merry

    • Whatever you choose to do on your last evening is up to you: head back to the Northern Lights, enjoy the grill on your deck, or head into Columbia Falls for dinner.
